Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned for exchange, upgrade or refund within 7 days of receiving the shipment. RDbS will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”) and return address. Fine Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Special orders made to customer specifications and products modified as per customer requests are not elligible for return.

Defective or items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned for exchange. RDbS will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”) and return shipping label.

You must contact support at 1-718-648-0501 to initiate item return within 7 days of receiving the shipment. RDbS will issue item return instructions, Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”) and return shipping label if applicable. Returns without RDbS issued RMA will not be accepted for exchange.
